Which sources produce jobs, which produce leads, and which just produce spam.
Every lead vendor sends you a report that says you got leads. LeadBolt's report says what those leads became: conversations, appointments, sold jobs, and revenue per dollar spent.

How it works
From inquiry to invoice, by source, by month
Each lead carries its source, its first response time, its status history, and, through Handoff to ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or LeadBolt Jobs, the revenue it produced. Analytics rolls that up by source and by month: leads, valid leads, spam, unqualified, appointments, sold, revenue, spend, and return on ad spend.
Response-time charts show first-response seconds by day so you can prove to yourself, and to Yelp, that the number stays under a minute. Conversion funnels show where leads stall: after the first reply, after the quote, after the appointment. Leads that Lightning Rod parked are counted separately, so a source's spam rate is a number, not a feeling.
A daily summary email lands at 6 AM with yesterday's numbers and anything that needs attention. A monthly report shows the trend. Both are written to be read on a phone in the truck. And if the numbers you want live somewhere else, in a spreadsheet, a call log, a price book, Scoreboard builds a custom dashboard from that too.
What you get
What changes when it is running
True ROAS by source
Yelp at 23x, Google LSA at 17x, Meta at 13x. Now you know where the next $1,000 goes, and which vendor's renewal call to skip. Throttle uses the same numbers to tune the Yelp Ads budget.
Response time, proven
First response in seconds, charted daily, split by during-hours and after-hours. The number your Yelp profile depends on, in writing.
Conversion at each step
Lead to conversation, conversation to appointment, appointment to sold. Find the step where jobs leak and fix that one.
Spam and unqualified rates
Some sources are a third junk. Analytics shows it, so you stop paying for a lead count and start paying for a job count.
Daily and monthly summaries
Yesterday's numbers at 6 AM. The month's trend on the 1st. Short enough to read at a stoplight, which we do not recommend.
Custom dashboards
If it has rows and columns, it can be a dashboard.
Scoreboard is not limited to the data LeadBolt creates. Hand us any structured data you already have and we build the view you have been meaning to build for 3 years.
- A spreadsheet the office manager already keeps
- A CSV export from your job platform or accounting
- Call tracking logs, by number and by hour
- A price book, to see margin by service
- A fleet log, to see drive time per job
- Maintenance plan renewals, by month and by tech
Revenue by technician next to response time by source. Calls by hour next to Strike First reply times. Plan renewals next to the Boomerang sequence that chases them. One screen, refreshed every morning, readable from the truck. Tell us what you want to see and where the numbers live, and the dashboard is usually up within a week.
An illustrative ops dashboard built from a job export, a call log, and a maintenance plan spreadsheet.
