Speed to lead

Answer in 45 seconds. Every lead. Every hour.

Customers message 3 or 4 companies at once and go with whoever talks to them first. LeadBolt makes sure that is you, whether it is 2 PM on a Tuesday or 11 PM on a Sunday.

Our AC stopped blowing cold last night and it is 108 out. Two-story house, unit is maybe 12 years old. How soon can someone come out?

Thanks, John. We can help with that. Is the system running at all, and do you know roughly how old it is? A tech from ACME HVAC can usually be in Chandler the same day.

Fan runs but the air is warm. Unit is from 2014 I think.

Got it. I have you down for a same-day visit. Sarah will text you a 2-hour window shortly.

How it works

A reply that beats the competition to the phone

When a lead arrives from Yelp, your website, Google LSA, or any connected source, LeadBolt reads the service, the city, and the time of day, picks the matching Live Wire script, and sends the reply over the same channel the customer used: Yelp DM, SMS, or email. With Dispatch, the scheduling add-on, that first reply also offers real appointment windows.

The reply goes out after a short, adjustable delay, 45 seconds by default. Long enough to read like a person at a desk. Short enough that the customer has not yet opened the next company's profile.

Every reply is timed. Yelp measures response time and response rate and shows both to buyers, so a guaranteed near-instant first reply stops the clock, protects your engagement rate, and keeps your profile in the 'Responds in about 10 minutes' tier that buyers filter by.

What you get

What changes when it is running

Under a minute, measured

First response time is tracked on every lead and charted by day in Scoreboard, the analytics view. If it ever creeps up, you will see it before Yelp does.

Nights, weekends, holidays

After-hours scripts set expectations, capture the address, and escalate emergencies. The customer never gets silence.

SMS, DM, or email

The reply goes wherever the lead came from. Yelp messages get a Yelp reply. Website forms get a text if there is a phone number and an email if there is not.

Response rate protected

Yelp shows your response rate to every buyer. Lightning Rod parks the spam so it never counts against you, and real leads never go unanswered.

Delay you control

Set the pause to 20 seconds or 3 minutes. Some owners want it instant. Some want it to feel like someone put down a coffee first.

Be the first reply the customer reads.

Connect your first source in about 10 minutes and the next lead is answered before you notice it arrived.
