Replies that sound like your best office manager, not a robot with a thesaurus.
One set of voice rules per service, one for open hours and one for closed. Live Wire composes every reply for that one lead, from what they wrote, the service, the hour, the city, and the facts you set, then answers the follow-up questions in the same voice. Nothing is pasted from a script bank.
AC Repair scripts
Any channelThanks, {{first_name}}. We can help with that. Is the system running at all, and do you know roughly how old it is? A tech from {{business_name}} can usually be in {{city}} the same day.
Thanks for reaching out, {{first_name}}. Our office opens at 7 AM, and someone will call you first thing. If you have no cooling at all right now, reply with your address and we will get the on-call tech moving.
Illustrative during-hours and after-hours replies for an AC repair inquiry, each composed for the lead.
Not canned. Composed.
Two leads never get the same message.
A canned reply tells the customer you have software. A reply that names their problem, their street, and a time tells them you were listening. Every LeadBolt reply is built for the lead in front of it.
Each reply is built from
- What the customer actually wrote: the problem, the question they asked, the words they used
- The service LeadBolt classified, and the during-hours or after-hours version of your voice
- The time of day, whether you are open, and the customer's city or ZIP
- Your voice rules: the phrases and facts you set, like your warranty or your service call price
- With Dispatch, the scheduling add-on, 2 or 3 real appointment windows from your calendar
If the customer asks a follow-up question, the answer addresses that question. Nothing is pasted from a script bank, and nothing goes out that reads like a bot. The fast part is Strike First. This is the part that makes fast worth reading.
Spark
When a script is not enough, Spark drafts the reply. A person sends it.
Voice rules cover the first reply and the usual follow-ups. Some threads go further: three questions at once, a warranty dispute, a long history of the house. Spark, the AI reply add-on, reads the whole conversation and drafts a reply under a word limit you pick, 40, 80, 120 words, in your voice and from your facts.
The draft waits in the thread until a person taps Send. It never sends on its own, in any automation mode. 300 drafts a month for $39/mo on any plan.

How it works
Voice rules you write once, replies composed for every conversation
You start with voice rules per service: AC Repair, Water Heater, Panel Upgrade, whatever you sell. Each has a during-hours version and an after-hours version: the phrases you like, the facts you want shared (warranty, service call price, financing, service area), and the qualifying question that matters for that service. Those are the rules, not the reply.
The reply itself is composed for the lead in front of it. Live Wire reads what the customer actually wrote, the problem, the question they asked, the words they used, and combines it with the service it classified, the time of day and whether you are open, the customer's city or ZIP, and your voice rules. With Dispatch, the scheduling add-on, it adds 2 or 3 real windows from your calendar and the customer books by replying with a number. Two leads never get the same message.
When the customer writes back with a question, the answer addresses that question, inside the boundaries you set. It knows your service areas, your hours, your financing options, whether you do free inspections, and the 10 or 20 facts you loaded into the knowledge panel. It does not quote prices you did not give it or promise dates you cannot keep.
In Assisted mode, every reply is drafted for a person to approve. In Autopilot, it sends and logs. Either way the full transcript lands in Switchboard, the unified inbox, and a person can take over any thread with one tap.
What you get
What changes when it is running
During-hours voice
Confident and specific: 'A tech can usually be in Chandler the same day.' Asks the one question that qualifies the job.
After-hours voice
Sets expectations, captures the address, and routes emergencies to whoever is on call. The customer knows exactly what happens at 7 AM.
Answers the question asked
'Do you work on heat pumps?' 'Are you licensed?' 'Do you offer financing?' Answered from your facts, in your voice, addressing that question. Not improvised, not pasted.
Shares pre-set details
License number, service areas, deposit policy, labor warranty, home warranty process. Loaded once, shared whenever it is relevant to the lead in front of it.
Learns what works
Reply rates by voice rule are tracked. Throttle proposes shorter after-hours versions when the data says shorter gets more answers.
