One inbox. Every source. No more checking 5 apps from the truck.
Yelp in one tab, the website form in email, Google LSA in another app, and texts on someone's personal phone. LeadBolt puts every conversation in one place, sorted by what needs a human next.

How it works
One thread per customer, wherever they came from
Every connected source delivers into the same inbox. A Yelp message, a website form, and a Google LSA lead each become a conversation with the customer's name, service, city, source, and a running transcript of every automated and human message. Lightning Rod, the spam screen, scores each one before it reaches the list.
Conversations carry a status that moves on its own: New, Needs response, Waiting on customer, Qualified, Appointment, Won, Lost, Spam. Filters and counts sit at the top so a manager can see in 2 seconds whether anything needs a person. Connect Slack and the whole team sees the lead in Slack the moment it lands, with the reply LeadBolt sent, and can jump into the thread from there.
Assign a thread to a person, leave internal notes the customer never sees, and reply in the thread. Your reply goes out over the customer's channel. With Dispatch, the scheduling add-on, the visit gets booked in the thread too. On a phone, the list and the thread stack with a back button, because that is where most of these get read.
What you get
What changes when it is running
Everything in one list
Yelp, website, Google LSA, Meta, Angi, and SMS, sorted by recency with unread and needs-attention counts that are actually correct.
Assignment and hand-off
Route emergency repairs to Marcus and commercial bids to Priya. Reassign with one tap when someone is on vacation.
Notes the customer never sees
'Home warranty job, work order attached.' 'Gate code 4471.' 'Wants the truck parked on the street.' Right in the thread, private to your team.
Built for the phone
Stacked list and detail views, big touch targets, and a back button. Reply from the tailgate without zooming in.
