When the script runs out, Spark writes the next reply. A person still sends it.
Spark, the AI reply add-on, drafts a reply from the whole conversation, your voice rules, and the service, under a word limit you pick: 40, 80, 120 words. You read it, edit it if you like, and send. 300 drafts a month for $39/mo on any plan.

Built from the whole thread, the quote you sent, and your warranty and rebate facts. Nothing sends until a person taps Send.
Illustrative draft from the demo workspace. 80 word limit, warm tone, one credit.
How it works
The whole thread in, one reply out, under the limit you set
Live Wire, the auto-responder, handles the first reply and the follow-up questions your voice rules already cover. Spark is for the message after that: the customer who wrote 4 paragraphs about the history of the house, the one asking 3 questions at once, the one who needs a careful answer about a warranty dispute. Open the thread, tap Draft, and Spark reads every message so far, not just the last one.
It writes in your voice, from your rules: the phrases you like, the prices and policies you set, the service it belongs to, and whether you are open right now. It does not quote a price you did not give it or promise a date you cannot keep. You pick the word limit before it drafts, because a 40 word answer and a 120 word answer are different jobs, and you pick the tone: warm, direct, or after hours.
The draft appears in Switchboard, the unified inbox, marked as a draft and counted as one credit. Nothing goes to the customer until a person taps Send. Edit a line, shorten it, or discard it and draft again. Every sent draft is labeled as assisted in the thread, and Scoreboard, the analytics, tracks which drafts got replies so you learn which limit and tone your customers answer.
Spark pairs with Dispatch, the scheduling add-on: when the draft proposes a visit, it uses real windows from your calendar, and the customer books by texting a number.
What you get
What changes when it is running
Reads the whole thread
Not just the last message. The customer's first question, your first reply, the photo they described, the date they mentioned. The draft picks up where the conversation actually is.
A limit you pick, every time
40, 80, 120 words. Short for a confirmation, long for a warranty explanation. The picker sits on the thread, and the count shows under the draft.
A person always approves
Spark never sends on its own, in any automation mode. The draft waits in the thread for Send, and every sent draft is labeled as assisted in the transcript.
Your facts, not its guesses
Drafts are built from the voice rules, prices, and service facts you set. If a question needs a fact you have not loaded, the draft says a person will confirm instead of inventing one.
$39/mo for 300 drafts a month, on any plan
Every draft costs one credit whether you send it, edit it, or throw it away. Unused credits do not roll over. Turn Spark on from the billing page and off at the end of any billing period. No setup fee and no per-word charge.
