From Yelp inquiry to booked job to invoiced revenue, with nobody retyping anything.
Your CSR should not be copying phone numbers from Yelp into the job board. Handoff creates the customer, links the job, and pulls the revenue back, whether you run ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or LeadBolt Jobs, so the analytics are about money, not messages.

How it works
Two directions, one record
Outbound: when a lead qualifies, Handoff creates or matches a customer in your job platform with name, phone, email, address, and the lead source tagged so the platform's own reports agree with ours. When an appointment is booked in the conversation, a job is created on the board with the right business unit and campaign. With Dispatch, the scheduling add-on, that booking happens in the first reply: the customer picks a window by texting a number and the job is on the board before anyone in the office has read the thread.
Inbound: as the job moves through the platform, Handoff watches. Scheduled, completed, invoiced, paid. Revenue attaches to the original lead, which attaches to the source, the keyword, and the script that started it. Scoreboard reports it by source, and Throttle spends the Yelp Ads budget accordingly.
Run a CRM alongside the job platform? Job platforms get the jobs and the revenue. CRMs get the contact and the pipeline stage. Every lead becomes a contact or lead record in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM with the source, the service, and the message, and bookings and status changes post back as notes, so the sales team and the dispatch board are looking at the same customer. ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and the CRMs are all connected with you on a screen share: white-glove setup is included with every plan, usually one 45-minute call, live the same day.
No job platform yet? LeadBolt Jobs is built in. Mark a lead won, log the job and the invoice, and revenue attaches to the source exactly as it would from ServiceTitan. Nothing to connect, nothing to configure, and the history comes with you if you move to a full platform later.
A nightly reconciliation matches every LeadBolt lead to a job platform record and reports the count: '212 of 212 routed.' If anything is off, you hear about it the next morning rather than at the end of the quarter.
What you get
What changes when it is running
Customers created automatically
Name, phone, email, address, source, and the transcript summary. Your CSR opens the job platform and the customer is already there.
Jobs linked to conversations
Book in the thread, and the job appears on the board with campaign attribution intact. Reschedule in the platform, and the thread knows.
Revenue flows back
Invoiced totals attach to the lead that produced them. This is what turns 'Yelp sent 211 leads' into 'Yelp produced $191,609.'
ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro
Direct connections to all three from the Integrations page, each with the same customer, job, and revenue mapping. Pick yours and keep working the way you already do.
LeadBolt Jobs, built in
A lightweight job tracker inside LeadBolt: lead to job to invoice to revenue. No account to connect and nothing to configure. Good for shops that run on a whiteboard today.
Reconciled nightly
Every lead is matched to a customer record every night. Mismatches are flagged, not silently dropped.
CRM sync
HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho connect directly; Google Sheets and most others through the LeadBolt API. Contacts, source, service, and the message go in. Bookings and status changes come back as notes.

Handoff does not replace ServiceTitan. It feeds it.
ServiceTitan runs the shop: dispatching, invoicing, payroll, inventory. LeadBolt answers the lead in under a minute and hands the won ones to ServiceTitan with the source attached. Most ServiceTitan shops run both. The comparison page lays it out row by row, including what each one costs and how long each takes to set up. Prefer a lighter platform? Jobber and Housecall Pro get the same treatment, and the integrations page shows every connection available today.
