Lead to LeadBolt to a reply. About 45 seconds.

No app to install on the customer's side, no password to share with us, no developer on your side. The source hands the message to LeadBolt, whether that is Yelp, Google, Meta, a web form, or a text. LeadBolt talks to the customer.

Step by step

One lead, from message to booked job

  1. Step 10:00

    A customer messages you

A homeowner in Chandler has an AC that stopped blowing cold, and it is 108 out. She finds you on Yelp, or Google, or your website, and sends a message. She has 3 other tabs open.

  2. Step 20:02

    LeadBolt picks it up

The moment the message lands, LeadBolt has the name, the message, the service, and the conversation it belongs to, whatever the source. No developer, no scraping, no shared password. Connect each source yourself in about 10 minutes, or let us connect all of them with you on a call.

  3. Step 30:03

    LeadBolt reads, scores, and decides

The lead is normalized, scored for spam by Lightning Rod, matched to a location and a service, and checked against your business hours. A real customer during open hours gets a reply built on your during-hours AC Repair voice rules. A '20 appointments a month' pitch gets parked.

  4. Step 40:45

The reply goes back the way it came

After your chosen delay, the Live Wire reply goes back into the same conversation, a Yelp thread, a text, or an email, so the customer sees it where she asked. It is composed for her: it names the warm air she described, the hour, Chandler, and, with Dispatch, two real windows, in the voice rules you set. Nothing is pasted from a script bank. On Yelp, that means Yelp records the response time and response rate. Your team gets a notification with the transcript, in the app and in Slack if you connect a channel.

  5. Step 5later

Follow-up runs until it is booked

She replies, and the auto-responder answers her follow-up question. If she goes quiet, a Boomerang sequence nudges her. When she books, in the first reply if you run Dispatch, the appointment lands in your calendar and in ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or LeadBolt Jobs. Revenue syncs back through Handoff when the job is done.

Our AC stopped blowing cold last night and it is 108 out. Two-story house, unit is maybe 12 years old. How soon can someone come out?

Thanks, John. We can help with that. Is the system running at all, and do you know roughly how old it is? A tech from ACME HVAC can usually be in Chandler the same day.

Fan runs but the air is warm. Unit is from 2014 I think.

Got it. I have you down for a same-day visit. Sarah will text you a 2-hour window shortly.

Automation modes

Three settings. You pick how much of the wheel to let go of.

Most shops start in Assisted for a week or two, read the transcripts, and then switch to Autopilot. Some stay in Assisted forever. Both are fine. Off is for the truly cautious and the truly bored.

Manual

Off

LeadBolt captures and organizes. People reply.

  • Every lead lands in the unified inbox with spam scoring
  • Notifications on every new lead
  • Templates available with one tap, nothing sends on its own
  • Good for the first week while you read what comes in
Recommended to start

Assisted

LeadBolt sends the first response. People approve the rest.

  • Instant first reply from your scripts, during and after hours
  • AI follow-up answers are drafted and wait for approval
  • Follow-up sequences run, and any reply hands off to a person
  • Autopilot ad changes are proposed, never applied without you
Hands off

Autopilot

LeadBolt runs the conversation and the ad account. People take the appointments.

  • First reply, follow-up answers, and sequences all send automatically
  • Routine Yelp Ads changes apply on their own, large ones still wait
  • Unqualified and out-of-area requests are flagged and declined politely
  • A person can take over any thread with one tap, any time

Whatever the mode, every message is logged, every automated action is labeled as automated in the thread, and a person can take over any conversation with one tap from Switchboard, the unified inbox. The mode changes how much LeadBolt does on its own, never what you can see. Modes are the same on every plan; see pricing for what else differs.

See it for your trade

The flow is the same for every trade. The reply is not. Each industry page shows the messages, the composed reply, and the services that book without a quote.

Set it up before the next heat wave.

Connect your sources, pick Assisted mode, and read the first week of transcripts. Then decide how much wheel to let go of.
